For InHouse support we have a
fully qualified team to support you with instant help, the first
stage of support is to help the customer on the phone and guide
him and train him in fixing errors which often annoy people who
are working in a tight schedule. We make sure the errors don't come
back.
The customer's time is valuable for us and we expect
the same at some times when a customer is passing by and can bring
his machine for a quick service and drive back with it. For this
type of support we have a team of experts technician to help you
with instant solutions for replacements of some faulty parts, which
may be causing problems.
Another Form of In House support is keeping a resident
experts technician appointed for clients who work in a tight schedule
and don't want their work to suffer in any way. mousetail
appoints resident experts technician for such clients who will be
giving them instant support and solutions to any problems that come
up if at all they come up.

Out House |
We go out of our way to help you.
We know that you are busy, and we know that your business needs,
require flexibility in your time schedule, so we try and free up
some of your time by coming to you. No more unhooking all of your
computer cables, carrying your computer to your vehicle, and driving
around the city to drop your computer off for repairs.
We come right to your office and perform as much
servicing of your computers and network onsite as is prudent. We
also ensure that anything that requires offsite repair, gets picked
up from your office, repaired, brought back, and then reconnected
and set up again. We also ensure that it all works before we leave
again.
The On Call Service experts technician will asses
the problem and provide the client with a "number of hours
required" quote. If the client is in agreement, the service
engineer proceeds with the work. Upon completion of the service,
the service engineer will verbally and in writing indicate the number
of hours it took to complete the job, as well as detail the cause
of the issue. At any point in this process, the client may stop
the service.
